Alex Lerman fell in love with improv in 1997. In 2008 he started teaching improv in Berkeley, where he's introduced improv to more than five hundred students. Together with his alumni, he formed the improv ensemble Berkeley Players, where he hosts and directs improv performances. He founded ImprovPower.com in 2010. Combining 15 years of successful internet entrepreneurship with his passion for improv acting, he offers organization joyful ways to achieve their vision.
